As a Business Process Improvement Consultant, you will lead initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce waste. You will collaborate with various departments, analyse current processes, and provide input to the organisational changes. Your expertise in leveraging methodologies will be crucial in identifying, analysing, and delivering business improvement opportunities across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Engage stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment on improvement initiatives. Develop and implement process improvement plans based on workshop and document analysis. Manage stakeholder engagement, progress updates and change management inputs. Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of improvements made. Support process modelling, business analysis and operational efficiency activities as required.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum of 10 years professional experience with at least 5 years as Process Improvement consultant. Expert experience working with project managers, business analysts, end-users, senior executives, and vendors. Ability to work autonomously, navigating through complexity and ambiguity Broad knowledge of finance, banking, and government industry. Demonstrated experience with large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, or transformation program. Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis tools. Solid communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Desired Skills/Experience

Experience in change management and organizational development. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile). Process Mining and data analytics skills. Experience across Enterprise Business Process Transformation platforms and tools such as ARIS, Signavio, BIC, Holocentric, Apromore, Celonis and others. Experience identifying, prioritising and delivering automation and workflow based improvements.
