**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a **Senior** **Business Execution Consultant** as part of the Commercial Banking/Corporate & Investment Banking Digital team to drive standards and quality assurance across select digital channels, ensure policy and compliance adherence and lead process/efficiency improvement initiatives. Expertise in standards our quality assurance management/development, corresponding oversight, outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to partner with digital stakeholders, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement, will be determining factors in selection.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Drive the standards and quality assurance adherence across select Digital Channels areas for Core, Mobile, Insights, Lending.
+ Manage and support policy and compliance adherence
+ Identify, assess, and lead process/efficiency improvement initiatives
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Scrum Team, Delivery Mangers/Leads, etc.
+ Facilitate regular Digital Channel review meetings and provide status updates to key stakeholders on any of the above
+ Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
+ Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
+ Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
+ Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
+ Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries
+ Strong relationship development skills
+ Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
+ Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting, and SharePoint) skills
**Job Expectations:**
