HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA has a work-at-home Senior Business Solutions Consultant position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) responsible for delivering value to customers through client-facing advisory and delivery service in support of the HM Health Solutions and Health Plan product offerings and capabilities. Specific duties include: (i) collaborating with various stakeholders and external customers and entities to configure solutions and deliver value to customers; (ii) acting as a subject matter expert and advisor in solutioning, implementation, and/or execution of various business solutions and strategic capabilities; and (iii) working with engagement and leadership team to define strategic and tactical direction.
Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, or related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related consulting position.
Must have five (5) years of experience (can be concurrent) with each of the following: (i) technology platform delivery experience in SAAS-based products and solutions for healthcare payer/provider organizations or insurance companies in Microsoft or Java technology stack; (ii) analyzing and providing Solution Proposals and Roadmap documents; (iii) serving as a liaison between internal and external customer communities; and (iv) creating project specific documentations, including Business Requirement Document, Traceability Document, Project Plans, Release Plans, and Architecture Diagrams.
