Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for a Senior Business Support Administrator. This position is located in Kemerton.

The Senior Business Support Administrator is an experienced administration professional who provides efficient administration support to the Business Support Team Leader, the site-based Business Support team and the broader organisation to ensure business activities for Albemarle Lithium in Australia are delivered effectively.

The role requires excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in ensuring high level of support is provided to multiple operational areas.

What You Will Do

Provide full administrative support to the Business Support Team Leader, Site Director and the broader management team

Provide coverage in the Executive Assistant position when required.

Provide support too all areas of the Business as and when required (i.e. Operations, PT and Engineering, Site Capital, Health and Safety, Document Control)

Coordinate team meetings, various communications, management of minutes, and actions as requested by the management team

Calendar management for site department managers as required

Manage flight bookings, visa application and processing, accommodation bookings and hire cars/site pool cars as required

Coordinate Town Hall Meetings and all corporate social events

Manage and maintain site registers

Compile reports and presentations including drafting and formatting a wide range of documents in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)

Maintain electronic filing and document control systems

Assist with invoicing and reporting as required including account reviews/approvals

Reconciliation of Travel and Expense and Mastercard purchases

Assist with budget and forecasting as required

Raise Purchase Orders and Goods Receipting of Invoices

General admin tasks

Comply with safety requirement

What You Bring

Required:

Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar senior level role

Advanced Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Advanced SAP

Experience with Document Control

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Proven experience in establishing and maintaining internal and external stakeholders

High attention to detail

Experience in leading a team of administrators

Preferred:

Qualification in Business Administration or a related field, or suitable experience.
