Summary: The requirement is for a resource having a blend of DA and BA knowledge.



Requirements:



The resource with 8+ years of experience (real), to have following skills

- Data Analysis (30%)

o Proficient in SQL queries, understand Data Model and Data Relation.

o Interpret the data, based on Requirement.

o Generate reports based on query output, based on Requirement.

o Knowledge of ETL process.

- Business Analysis (20%)

o Discuss with Stake Holders to elicit requirement.

o Articulate the requirements.

o Should have good knowledge of Business Process Flow and Data Process Flow.

- Communication (30%)

o Communication is the Key for this project.

o Able to explain business requirement to offshore teams, Development and QA.

o Good oral and written skills.



- Inter Personal Skills (20%)

o Good Team Member.

o Work with cross functional teams.

o Good mindset to work.
