Job Scope and Accountabilities Partner with Customer Success professionals to help them best leverage our tech stack (Salesforce, Workato, Vitally, Wrike)  to manage their book of business, reduce churn and drive expansion Scope and deliver processes automations and technical projects from inception to maintenance Utilize industry best practices to configure and optimize Vitally and other customer success tools Closely collaborate with Salesforce admins, Backend team, and other engineering teams to ensure the alignment among systems Optimize existing business processes - collect requirements from stakeholders, brainstorm solutions, present suggestions and drive the implementation Create and maintain technical design documentation

Experience Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Success Platforms (CSP) such as Vitally, Gainsight, PlanHat, or similar, including implementation, customization, and support Proficient with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi Experience with Salesforce, including flows, reports, page layouts and dashboards; Salesforce certifications are a plus Understanding of Sales/CS Engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries for data analysis Experience working with APIs and Webhooks Great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting internal customers
