Experience Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Success Platforms (CSP) such as Vitally, Gainsight, PlanHat, or similar, including implementation, customization, and support Proficient with integration platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or Boomi Experience with Salesforce, including flows, reports, page layouts and dashboards; Salesforce certifications are a plus Understanding of Sales/CS Engagement platforms like Outreach and Salesloft Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries for data analysis Experience working with APIs and Webhooks Great communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting internal customers
