Requirements: + 3-7 years of experience in IT project management, product delivery, or a similar business analytics role. + Working knowledge or experience with the following: + Project Management: (Agile/SCRUM, PMP, etc.) + Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI (preferred), Qlik + Data manipulation, analysis, and visualization using tools: SQL, Python, R + Statistical techniques and concepts: regression analysis, hypothesis testing, data mining, machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques + Understanding of data warehousing architecture and data pipeline development process + Experience with IT service management (ITIL: service request, incident, change, asset/configuration item, knowledge management) preferred. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders. + Bilingual in English and Spanish. + Mandarin is a plus but not required.
