This function is responsible for product support, incident management, managed operations and the automation of processes. The team has successfully incubated and mainstreamed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) as a practice, to ensure reliable product operations on a global scale. Plus, the team is actively pioneering the adoption of AI in operations (AIOps) and recently launched AI-driven self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and improve client experiences. Our team of passionate loyalty & CRM practitioners and leaders love innovating and bringing unique ideas to life. **Responsibilities** **What you will do:** + **Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in .NET** to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and software development within the .NET ecosystem + Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to maintain web-based business applications built on Microsoft and other Similar frameworks and Technologies. + **Work with .NET development teams to understand system architecture, APIs, and data flows and troubleshoot the issues from the Business perspective.** + **Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables.** + Create and manage system documentation, including use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagram + Excellent skills and hands on experience in understanding frontend applications along with middleware and backend. + Maintain high standards of software quality testing/validation within the team by establishing best practices and processes. + Ability to think creatively to push beyond the boundaries of existing practices and mindsets. + Use knowledge to create new and improve existing processes in terms of design and performance. + Intermediate to Expert knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL - procedures, functions, packages, cursors, triggers, collections, transactional modeling, database normalization, indexing methods, constraints, and object usage. + Basic understanding of Database design is a must. + Package and support deployment of releases. + Participate , plan and execute in team building activities fun activities. **Qualifications** **Essential skills & experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or have equivalent experience. + **5+ years of experience as a Technical BSA, Systems Analyst, or similar role in a .NET development environment** + A degree in computer science or equivalent. + Strong communication skills + Must be detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Willingness to learn new skills and apply them for developing new-age applications. + Should have at least 4+ years of experience in the database (SQL, PLSQL, Datawarehouse concepts, etc..) + Intermediate level .NET, PYTHON programming skills is essential. + Intermediate SQL and PLSQLs . should have knowledge of handling large data sets. + Agile Development knowledge is an advantage. **Desirable skills & experience:** + Knowledge of NDM (FTP/STFP) File transmissions is good to have. + Experience in AWS, Redshift or equivalent databases, Lambda functions, Snowflake DB types. + Proficient in Unix Shell scripting and good to have Python. + Experience in developing and managing the artifacts in Oracle. + Knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, AMI etc **Personal attributes:** + Professionalism and integrity + Self-starter + Excellent command of verbal and written English + Well organized, with the ability to coordinate development across multiple team members + Commitment to continuous learning and team/individual growth + Ability to quickly adapt to changing tech landscape. + Analysis and problem solving skill **Additional Information** Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
