We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our EEDM Project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance productivity , quality and operational efficiency. This role requires solid analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and data analysis.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field with 10+ years of overall IT experience Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of member-centric data, US healthcare plans, claim forms, and terminologies Exposure to on-prem to Azure cloud migration projects Exposure in Snowflake and Databricks Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, and business intelligence Understanding of Mandalorian architecture Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within the area of expertise Proven excellent communication skills to provide explanations and interpretations within the area of expertise Proven ability to create data models and link entitiesPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL, Python, R, and tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Azure Experience in managing and tracking security vulnerabilities and working with security scanning tools Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop actionable insights from complex datasets Proven ability to translate concepts into practice and provide explanations and information to others on routine issues
