Procurement Data Compliance Team in Cracow is one of three Centers of Excellence in Europe having direct connection with other two in Barcelona and Walliselen. Cracow hub is one and only base for European Procurement data operations.
As a Senior Buyer in field of indirect, you will have the opportunity to work in SAP with various data. You will be responsible for data entry and maintenance for purchase orders for multiple countries and entities. You will participate in project of GEP roll out. You will act as a steward of compliance and quality and as a contact point for various internal teams and external business partners. You will have the chance to impact team performance and to lead continuous improvement activities within your area of responsibility.
What Will You Do:
Managing process of indirect orders in the system (E2E view)Ensuring data accuracy on various levels and systems (entry, change, management)Managing relationships with external business partners (suppliers) at the operational level to ensure full compliance (order details)Contributing to roll out of new GEP toolActing as a lead and an advisor in P2P policy aspectDriving effective communication and cooperation with internal teamsLeading continuous improvement activities, take an active role in cross-department alignments, optimization projects, etc.Provide training for new members of the team/departmentRepresenting procurement compliance (CSP) on various forumsConducting in-depth analysis to ensure high level of service to our business partnersOperate as a Subject Matter Expert in your area of responsibility
