As Senior Buyer, you will manage procurement activities, optimize inventory levels, and analyze data to drive strategic purchasing decisions. What you will do

\n\nDevelop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and supplies.\nNegotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.\nUtilize data analytics tools to track and analyze purchasing trends, inventory levels, and supplier performance. \nOversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.\nFoster a positive and collaborative work environment by demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.\nWork closely with other departments, including Engineering, Production, and Finance, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.  Nice to have- an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)\nProven experience (5+ years) as a Buyer, Senior Buyer, or in a similar procurement role, with a strong manufacturing and inventory management background.\nDemonstrated expertise in data analytics, including proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).\nExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing procurement and inventory challenges.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture.\n\n
