Job DescriptionCommercially and qualitatively analyzes the contracts, confirming the internal strategy and the legal provisionsProvide guidance and support to the team on legal and commercial mattersProcesses and registers confirmations of receipt of contractsEnsure the quality of contractual services - SLA (Service Level Agreement)Maintains communication between the supplier and different departments within the companyReceives, documents and resolves customer escalations and establishes preventive and corrective measures together with the teamSends the contractual documents to the suppliers and ensures that they are completed according to the proceduresReports his daily activity in detail in his own registration system.Works with the Coupa system, ensuring data integrity and creating/keeping updated work documentationEnsure that all indirect contracting activities are carried out accurately, efficiently and in accordance with the client's contract policy, ensuring compliance with the requirements to support the internal audit teamsQualificationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (internally, with customer stakeholders and supplier community)General knowledge and understanding of sourcing/procurement fundamentals (eg basic skills in pricing structures, organizing project deliverables, RFx formats, survey development);General competence in project management (eg understands the basics of project management);Knowledge of eSourcing tools (Coupa, Ariba, SAP)High problem solving skills;Ability to identify and communicate data and insights that are relevant to customers.The candidate should have 2-3 Years of Work Experience in Procurement.
