Your main tasks will be:
- Lead Facility Management (FM) activities in Europe
- overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering in close cooperation with purchasing
- Coordination of asset procurement and FM provider sourcing activities
- Coordination of relocations
- Ownership of office layouts
- Installation and coordination of regional partners
- Support coordination of new plants building/extensions
- Manage Real-Estate transaction
- Support in RealEstate Portfolio Management
- System for reporting and registration, process of issues
- Ensure facility conformance with legal legislations (labor, safety, permissions) if not done byHS&E officer
- Budget ownership, planning and tracking
- Support for contract negotiation/management
- Optimize Facility CapEX spend
What we are looking for:
Degree (technical or commercial) in a discipline related to construction, facility operation and/or maintenance or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience in these areas Profound knowledge of Facility Management in international environment Min. 5years experiences (automotive or real estate / FM industry preferred) Experience in construction would be an advantage. Operational experience in Real Estate and Facility Management Knowledge of local legislation related to facility/real estate in countries we operate Fluency in English
