What you will be doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering impactful solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Solution Delivery: Crafting effective solutions that meet client needs. 

Product Mastery: Gaining a deep understanding of our product on both technical and functional levels. 

Client Context: Understanding the unique contexts of our clients to inform solution design. 

Development Leadership: Driving development and testing activities to deliver business-critical solutions. 

Collaboration: Working closely with Solution Architects and QA Engineers to ensure seamless project development and delivery. 

SCRUM Participation: Engaging in SCRUM rituals such as Planning Meetings, Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Demos, and Backlog Review Meetings. 

Feature Development: Enhancing and configuring existing features, as well as developing new ones. 

Automated Testing: Creating automated tests (unit and integration) and participating in functional testing. 

Distributed Microservice Architecture: Design and implement new Web APIs using .NET Core 8 as part of the development of a new Cloud Quantum solution. Follow the latest industry standards and architectural patterns and develop asynchronous communication using the SQS message queuing service.

What you bring:

Experience: Preferably 4+ years in .NET/C# development. 

Database Knowledge: Proficiency in MSSQL and/or Oracle. 

Web UI Development: Experience with ASP. Net, MVC, .NET Core. 

Code Quality: Strong coding techniques, including OOP, code reusability, and performance optimization. 

Analytical Skills: Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude with strong time management skills. 

Team Spirit: An enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. 

Agility: Willingness to work in and contribute to an Agile team. 

Language Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of English. 

Bonus if you have

Financial Markets Experience: Previous experience in financial markets. 

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodology.
