As a Senior C++ Developer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance testing solutions used by businesses worldwide. Your expertise in C++ and .NET Core will help enhance and innovate enterprise performance testing tools, ensuring applications are optimized for efficiency and reliability. You will work closely with global R&D teams to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving demands of enterprise software.

 

What the role offers

 

End-to-end development ownership – from system analysis to implementation and testing.Work with C++ and .NET Core to build robust, scalable, and maintainable software.Solve complex technical challenges involving multi-threading, networking, and distributed systems.Collaborate with multi-geo teams, ensuring seamless communication and execution.Develop new products and services, contributing to innovative software solutions.

 

What you need to succeed

 

6+ years of experience in software development with strong C++ expertise.Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, multi-threading, and design patterns.Experience with HTTP(S), WebSockets, and Web Services.Knowledge of gRPC, Protobuf, and Kafka.Familiarity with Wireshark, WinDbg, ProcMon (nice to have).Experience with Linux environments (nice to have).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to new technologies.Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Experience with test-driven development and frameworks like JUnit and Selenium.Ability to manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
