As a Senior Software Engineer in our UFT One team, you will play a crucial role in driving AI-driven test automation solutions that power the most demanding enterprise applications. Own the Development Process – Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from design to deployment.Innovate with AI-driven Testing – Work on automation tools that leverage AI for test execution.Shape Large-Scale Enterprise Solutions – Design and develop functional and technical capabilities for industry-leading enterprise products.Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with local and global R&D teams, ensuring high-quality standards and security compliance.Engage with Customers – Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, driving product enhancements based on real-world feedback.Make a Real Impact – Suggest and implement improvements that shape the future of functional testing technologies.
What you need to succeed
We’re looking for motivated, results-driven engineers who thrive in dynamic environments. If you resonate with the following, we’d love to hear from you:
3+ years of experience in software development, with a strong foundation in C# & .NET.Deep understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.Experience with unit and integration testing practices.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot various technologies.Application architecture expertise with a keen eye for quality and security standards.Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Ownership mentality – proactive, independent, and adaptable to changes.Collaborative mindset – a true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with .NET Interop – COM components.Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework (WPF), Windows Forms, and .NET internals.Exposure to C++ development.Previous experience in test automation and working with UFT Developer/UFT One.
