Thomasnet.com is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead the development and execution of auction-based optimization strategies for our top-tier clients. This role requires a data-driven approach to campaign management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while working collaboratively across teams to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in campaign management and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering measurable results in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement auction-based optimization strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure alignment with client KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing actionable solutions Client Relationship Management: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide regular updates, and recommend strategic adjustments for optimal outcomes Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, analytics) to align campaign strategies with broader organizational goals Optimization Execution: Operate and manage auction-based campaigns for top clients, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage analytics tools to generate insights, track ROI, and present performance reports to stakeholders Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in campaign workflows and implement process enhancements for scalability and effectiveness Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantageQualifications & Experience:
5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising campaign management, preferably with auction-based optimizations Strong background in data-driven decision-making, and analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, campaign data) Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on strategic objectives Proven track record of managing complex campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., programmatic media, search ads) Exceptional communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating across departments Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve shared goals Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including auction dynamics and real-time bidding platforms#LI-Hybrid
