Position Summary:

Person in this position will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day functions of the STOP Program. Essential Job Functions include those listed below. Other duties may be assigned as needed

Essential Job Functions:

Supervision of the case management of a large caseload of participants released from prison substance abuse programs. Auditing all active participant files to ensure all files are complete according to WestCare guidelines. Coordination of various services throughout several agencies. In charge of scheduling site visits and institutional presentations. Supervision of Community Service Coordinators (Case Managers) including accompanying them on site visits and holding weekly staff meetings. Prepare any necessary reports. Travel to community-based providers. Responsible for hiring, evaluating, and training of STOP staff under the direction of the Director. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation; and Perform any other duties as assigned.
