Senior Case Manager - Self-Insurance (Hybrid)

How you'll make an impact Responsible for the overall operation of case management division- and nation-wide, including supervision, marketing, sales, quality assurance, financials, and human resources issues. Develops case management policies, procedures, and practice guidelines. Oversees and updates as needed. Develops quality assurance standards for case managers. Verifies that quality standards are maintained on all cases nationally. Develops national sales plan for case management. Outlines plan to management team. Develops proposals and other sales presentations, including PowerPoint sales presentations. Presents to national and regional accounts with sales teams, senior management, and area managers. Analyses the market place to evaluate competition. Recommends new products and other services to existing and prospective customers. Provides training and leadership in customer service to all employees. Oversees referral incentive programs to stimulate referrals obtained by case management staff. Prepares and implements annual budget for case management. Evaluates productivity and profitability and makes needed changes to promote contribution margins consistent with corporate goals. Verifies accuracy of operations reports and makes inferences from financial reports. Provides senior management with accurate and reliable information from which to measure progress toward financial goals. Works closely with area managers to maintain profitability in all offices. Review case management statistics to document cost savings to use for marketing and performance management. Determines overall case management staffing needs based on projected business growth. With Human Resources, investigates employee relations issues and determines appropriate corrective action as required. Manages continuing development for staff. Conducts staff performance reviews and implements necessary performance management for direct reports and reviews other staff reviews. Oversees accurate calculation of incentive programs for all field case management staff. About you Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in case management or related field. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Bachelors degree required. Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time and non traditional work hours. Preferred: Prefer experience in Nursing, Vocational or Managed Care . Prefer certification in CCM, CDMS, CRRN, COHN, or CRS, etc. Behaviors: Must possess excellent professional written and oral communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Must be proficient in decision making, problem solving, and time management.
