What will you be doing?
Oversee and resolve complex issues, including escalations, to ensure timely collections Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company goals Monitor and analyze Collections performance, providing insights and reports to management, ensure and support audits when applicable Ensure accurate and efficient usage of SAP and other ERP systems, and update/maintain WI, SOP’s Guide, mentor, train and support team members to foster professional growth and productivity Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Collection process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
What are we looking for?
Minimum 3 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or similar roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity Solid background in shared services, with experience managing teams or projects as an advantage Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems, along with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and cross-functional teams Ability to handle escalations and drive resolution of complex AR-related issues Customer service focus Language skills: Corporate language: English (B2+) Working with Customers: German (B2+) as a must have Italian B1 would be an asset
