Technical process and product ownership for castings commodityActive role in the development and industrialization of new casting technologiesWork cross functionally with Quality and Design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metricsPlan and implement process-engineering activities for new product and technology developmentMentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements and new technologiesPartner with sourcing team members for Casting supplier development and cost out projectsDesign and implement manufacturing processesPursue continuous improvement for quality and cost reductions in designated areaAct as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performanceCommunicate progress & challenges to leadership teamsRequired Qualifications
