Senior Catalog Specialist
Position Overview Join our team as a Senior Catalog Specialist specializing in the manufacturing sector of the EV/Medium Duty/Bus and Heavy-Duty parts industry. This pivotal role is directly responsible for overseeing the aggregation, maintenance, and optimization of the product catalog for the company’s wide range of bus and truck parts. Will also be responsible for the review of data completeness, distribution, analysis of manufacturing and engineering data. Collaborate with internal teams to improve content and structure. Review and analyze manufacturing, engineering and digital content for accuracy. Be able to have a forward vision to improve user interface and have voice of customer at top of mind. Potential International Travel required Responsibilities • Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of catalog data and implementing industry best practices for catalog organization and presentation • Lead efforts to improve catalog data management processes, support sales and marketing initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience through high quality content. • Will utilize detailed product data to identify, remedy and causal catalog conflicts, overlaps, and gaps. • Work with teams on system integrations when needed and other initiatives where applicable • Support the new launch process for new products and maintain existing products through various catalog editing tools. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of catalog related experience in data mapping management, validation and/or research and distribution experience OR Master’s degree At least 3 years of catalog related experience in data mapping management, validation and/or research and distribution experience OR At least 7 years of catalog related experience in data mapping management, validation and/or research and distribution experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
