Summary:
HII-Mission Technologies (HII-MT) is currently seeking a Senior CBRNE Program Analyst to provide direct support to the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program Manager (PM). The Senior CBRNE Program Analyst will be responsible for reviewing plans, polices, operational, doctrine, and other administrative documents as directed and provide recommendations on respective documents to the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program PM. The candidate's scope of work will directly impact operations of the USMC MCICOM Installation CBRNE Protection Program at the service level and First Responders located on USMC installations throughout the world. What You Will Do:
As the Senior CBRNE Program Analyst to the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program, you will be responsible for:
+ Reviewing and providing recommendations on plans, policies, doctrine, operational, and other administrative documents as directed by the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program PM
+ Creating professional briefs for review by USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program PM and Logistics Manager, as required, provide respective briefs to designated agencies/personnel as directed by the PM
+ Participate in MCICOM and/or Regional installation level meetings/telecons providing required support as directed by MCICOM USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program.
What We're Looking For:
+ 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 8 years relevant experience with a Masters degree, or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
+ 5 years’ experience working ISO the USMC Installation CBRNE Protection Program
+ Experience in reviewing service level documents in task tracker systems and providing professional feedback to government representatives
+ Knowledge/Familiarity of Readiness Reporting, to include Common Output Levels of Service (COLS) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS)
+ Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance
Preferred Requirements
+ 10 years experience with Installation CBRNE operations, logistics, and training
+ Extensive experience briefing military senior level officers/representatives
