Job Description:
SimIS Inc seeks an experienced operational leader to revolutionize CBRNE force capabilities. This role bridges the gap between emerging technologies and battlefield effectiveness, leading force modernization initiatives that enhance CBRNE readiness. The ideal candidate will shape how units train, equip, and execute CBRNE operations while identifying and implementing innovative solutions to complex operational challenges.
Key focuses include:
Driving force modernization from concept to operational implementation
Developing cutting-edge TTPs/SOPs that maximize new technology effectiveness within CBRNE Community
Leading operational capability assessments and readiness evaluations
Identifying battlefield gaps and technological solutions
Translating operational needs into clear requirements
Building and maintaining operational excellence across CBRNE units
Experience Required:Ten (10) years of operational CBRNE experience with emphasis on force developmentSeven (7) years of specific experience in:Leading operational modernization initiativesDeveloping and implementing TTPs/SOPsConducting force capability assessmentsManaging training program developmentDirecting operational evaluationsImplementing force integration strategiesAt least three (3) years served as part of a government team supporting the USMC.Special Skills/Knowledge/Training Required:Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldMilitary CBRNE leadership experience highly desiredDAU Level III certification REQUIREDProven operational leadership experienceActive SECRET clearanceBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Short Term Disability (at no cost to you) and Long Term DisabilityLife InsuranceFlex Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) Savings Plan Tuition Assistance ProgramProfessional Development Paid Time Off (PTO) 11 Federal Holidays each year
