Senior CD Operations Executive - Ice Cream

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor all brands by Category perspective

Support main marketing activities that will implement at trade level

Make sure marketing campaigns execute with correct compliance (distribution, promotion, visibility, channels, volume)

Communicate all trade/marketing initiatives to CD team and respond to CD team feedback as a whole.

Responsible for establishing COTC for Laos by aligning with marketing, Channel and BD teams; then implement the COTC across trade and marketing plans.

Improve COTC growth 1.2x normal SKU and increase COTC distribution level.

Monitor Demand Plan for COTC and on-program SKUs to make sure DP is correlate with future programs. Also, monitor programs to monthly TPR to prevent duplicate budget and save costs.

 Monitor and analyze NPDs to make sure all functions are aware and plan ahead to prevent shortage and improve distribution into the right channel.
