What We’re Looking For:
An experienced leader with a passion for early childhood education and a track record of successful management
A detail-oriented professional who thrives on ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
A visionary with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and supporting a dynamic team
With Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
First Aid Certification, including asthma and anaphylaxis training
Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
Proven leadership experience in early childhood education, including team management, operations, budgeting, and resource allocation
Strong understanding of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
Excellent communication skills to build relationships with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the wider community
A collaborative approach to leadership, with a focus on building strong, positive relationships
Desirable Skills:
Experience in a leadership role such as Service Manager or Centre Director
Experience with financial planning and budgeting
Familiarity with management software for reporting, communication, and operations
