Senior Change Coordinator

The Senior Change Coordinator will work with multiple client and internal teams to review and approve or reject changes, as well as relay, manage & effectively communicate pertinent patching, deployment, and infrastructure activities. The candidate will support the Change Management lifecycle which includes reviewing and approving changes across the Portals infrastructure. The candidate will be a knowledge expert in the program's Change Management processes and tools, educating and supporting program personnel. The candidate will drive the Release Management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing releases across the Portals infrastructure. The releases can be inclusive of configuration updates, operating system patches, security improvements and deployments. Furthermore, the candidate will drive the successful completion of all release activities within the client’s maintenance window held each Sunday from 1:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST and will report the status of our work to the client and to leadership. This role will require both an on-call rotation and weekend shifts. In addition, the Senior Change Coordinator will drive continuous improvement activities to streamline current processes.
The candidate must be a highly effective communicator (both written and verbal), demonstrating the ability to plan, design, and carry forward executive-level communications. The candidate must also demonstrate exemplary inter-personal skills and demonstrate the ability to build coalitions and collaborate with business, IT, and other stakeholders both internally and externally across the project. The candidate should have strong initiative and experience identifying and driving continuous improvements.
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
+ 2-5 years of experience in Change Management process
+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
+ Experience working in Excel
+ Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
+ Experience with coordinating with multiple teams to ensure changes are carried out accurately and successfully
+ Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
+ Experience with reviewing the completeness & accuracy of data
+ Able to conduct analysis of data including planning, designing, and evaluating IEP change requests, results of the build window, and security patching & identifying areas for improvements
+ Able to lead and run customer and client meetings in an efficient manner with minimal supervision, escalate items that are more complex, and work in partnership to ensure successful completion of scheduled work.
+ Experience identifying and driving continuous improvements
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
+ Active Treasury Public Trust Clearance, Preferred
+ ITIL Foundations v4 certified or knowledge of ITIL
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow
+ Experience with creating user guides of varying formats (Word, PowerPoint, etc...)
+ Knowledge in Agile methodologies
+ Knowledge of Change Control Board (CCB) or Change Advisory Board (CAB)
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or 5 to 10 years equivalent relevant experience

Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role.
