Senior Change Management Lead (German-Speaking)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Management Lead to join our team and lead our clients' HR transformation journeys.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects.
+ Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance.
+ Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
+ Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders within client organizations.
+ Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees to facilitate change.
+ Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to clients' needs.
+ Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities.
+ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in client projects.
+ Join sales calls with clients to support business development and provide expertise on change management solutions.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on HR and payroll systems.
+ Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
+ Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
+ Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and systems.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
+ Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

+ Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
+ Ability to mentor and coach team members to build internal capabilities.

_Cultural Awareness:_
