Senior Change Management Lead (German-Speaking)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Change Management Lead to join our team and lead our clients' HR transformation journeys. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage change management initiatives for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects. + Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize client employee adoption and minimize resistance. + Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems. + Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders within client organizations. + Provide coaching and support to client managers and employees to facilitate change. + Develop and deliver training programs and communication plans tailored to clients' needs. + Mentor and share knowledge with the current team to build internal change management capabilities. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in client projects. + Join sales calls with clients to support business development and provide expertise on change management solutions. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
