JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Change Management Specialist at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employees' and suppliers' adoption and usage of required changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support change initiatives by providing basic analysis, updating project plans, and offering other support to achieve prescribed outcomes. Assist in optimizing internal communications systems by providing support and advice. Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective working relationships for projects and address stakeholder needs and concerns. Perform delegated activities to support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project. Contribute to and support feasibility studies from technological and organizational perspectives, documenting findings. Produce accurate reports by collecting data from various standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. Plan short-term work schedule to meet expectations within established timelines. Contribute to reviewing current operations in their area of work and generate new ideas to identify continuous improvements. Organize and prepare complex documents using various applications for technology devices, including standard office software. Develop own capabilities by engaging in assessment and development planning activities, as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Seek to gain or maintain external professional accreditation to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. *ABOUT THE COMPANY
