You have an ambitious attitude and can engage effectively with all levels both internally and externally. The role is focused on developing new business, cross-sell and up-sell revenues through existing partners. You will lead partners to drive channel sales across both Workplace and Asset Management application portfolios. **What you will do:** + Own partner business growth by building deep relationships and collaborating with a diverse network of channel partners. + Guide and support partners through certification and training programs to increase partner expertise and business growth. + Create and complete partner specific business plans to agree on strategy and drive performance with your partners + Lead a portfolio of successful partners to achieve partnership goals including sales quota and marketing activities **What you won't be doing:** + Prioritizing the quantity of interactions over the quality of your engagements with partners. **Key responsibilities:** + Evangelize, enable and develop go-to-market strategies within the partner community and become a key contributor in developing and expanding channel sales across EMEA and APAC partners. + Ensure there is a mutually agreed partner specific business plan. + Support engagement with channel marketing to ensure MDF is applied and there is an actionable, return on investment driven marketing plan in place. + Ensure there are productive senior level peer-to-peer relationships with those at Accruent by establishing clear long-term contact plans with appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers. + Develop an understanding of partner needs along with the risks, threats and opportunities. + Support partner process execution as it relates deal registration, training registration, use of partner portal and MDF to create partner satisfaction enabling partner growth and retention. + Develop standard processes to engage with partners, raise issues and set clear expectations with partners on working with Accruent + Proven ability to enable partners through training and certification, from sales to post-sales + Languages: English speaking fluency; German speaking bi-lingual fluency is a nice to have. + Ensure partners are maintaining baseline training and knowledge of Accruent **Preferred Experience:** + 8+ years of experience selling into and managing partners in the facilities management space. + Strong background in enterprise SaaS, preferably with emphasis in on facilities management and engineering back-office tools + Proven ability to lead partner relationships, including facilitating ongoing partner cadence, conducting quarterly reviews, and tracking / reporting on key partner metrics + Proven success in partner-initiated opportunity and deal registration processes, and growth in these areas **Fortive Corporation Overview** Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
