Senior Channel Development Manager - Milk Based Beverages - Aarhus

How you will make an impact

We are on a journey to build a strong presence in the beverage category with our brands. You will be responsible for setting the strategy of how we grow and execute our Milk Based Beverage brands across channels, translating insights and data into execution guidelines and toolkits. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Milk Based Beverage community to bring these strategies to life in store but also to build Arla’s beverage capabilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

Defining right Brand/Pack/Price/Placement/Promo by channel, including significant focus on Net Revenue Management Defining a “picture of success” for Milk Based Beverage Execution, including guidelines and toolkits Working within the matrix set-up to bridge the gap between strategy and execution in store Building beverage capabilities within the broader Arla organization

What will make you successful

You are able to turn data and insights into commercially strong solutions, passionate about driving branded growth and have a proven track record of delivering measurable results. You are also able to navigate complexity whilst staying focused on the bigger picture.

 

At the same time, you are a collaborator and are able to create and develop positive relationships with people while also speaking up and challenging when the need arises. You bring strong beverage industry expertise and a keen understanding of what it takes to develop capabilities that set brands apart in competitive markets.

 

Experience working with brands in FMCG in similar roles within trade marketing, category development or net revenue management. Experience working with different types of channels with hands on commercial experience. Experience in Beverages and Impulse categories will be seen as an advantage.  Know how to operate in a matrix set-up and a good understanding of the full value chain.  Fluent in English
