Senior Channel Excellence Specialist
As a Senior Channel Excellence Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and optimizing our channel operations. Your extensive experience in channel management and operations will enable you to drive efficiency, improve processes, and enhance the overall performance of our channel partners. You will report directly to Sr Director Channel Excellence and you'll work out of our offices in Mexico City located in Samara Building on a hybrid work schedule. In this senior-level role, you will have a significant impact on our channel operations by providing strategic direction and overseeing the execution of channel programs. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing channel operations, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Your ability to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and lead cross-functional teams will contribute to the success of our channel operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and optimize channel operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and implement strategic channel programs and initiatives to support business objectives
• Analyze channel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel strategies
• Provide guidance and support to channel partners to enhance their performance and drive growth
• Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
· Minimum of 5+ years of experience in channel management or operations
· Advanced English
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (SFDC, Tableau, Power BI) and Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
