Senior Channel Marketing Specialist with German (Hybrid)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist to\njoin us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will support, manage and direct all of the\nchannel marketing activities for Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment\nbusiness in DACH and Northern Europe.  The main focus of the position is\nto promote the Honeywell PPE brand and portfolio across our channel partners\nand key end users.
You will work closely with the\nRegional Product Marketing and Sales teams to support the revenue and product\ngrowth strategy, with a heavy emphasis on key channel partners.  You will ensure the regional marketing\nstrategy is aligned with the Global strategy and design channel marketing plans\nto meet revenue and return on investment objectives.. This is\na hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key Responsibilities:

Create with Product Marketing annual, quarterly and monthly plan to drive sell out activitiesSupport NPI activities with the sales team, partners and end usersBuild channel marketing plans with key partners to promote the portfolio and support revenue growthAnalyze channel performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations for channel marketing improvementControl and monitor the Marketing Development Funds budget in the region with a strong focus on return on investment and digital activitiesCreate and execute the regional communication plan to the channel via our Partner PortalEnsure the compliance of the marketing assets with the Regional needs, including the review of the translated assets.Plan and execute marketing and sales events in the region such as tradeshows, product roadshows and webinars.

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fieldExtensive experience in marketing/channel marketing/digital marketing, preferably in a business-to-business environmentFluent in German and English
