As a Senior Channel Operations Specialist here at Honeywell,\nyou will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our channel operations.\nYou will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve\nefficiency, streamline processes, and drive growth through our distribution and\npartner channels. You will report directly to our Director of\nChannel Operations and you'll work out of our headquarters in Charlotte, North\nCarolina on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant\nimpact on our channel operations, driving improvements in productivity, profitability,\nand customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel\noperations and drive growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline\nprocesses and improve efficiency
• Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics to\nidentify areas for improvement
• Identify and implement best practices for channel\noperations
• Provide support and\nguidance to channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Conduct regular\nreviews and audits of channel operations to ensure compliance with policies and\nprocedures

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in channel\noperations or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics
