Position Description

 
Fast-Paced, Semi-Autonomous Role,\n managing (planning and execution) all aspects of  Channel Sales, Marketing, Customer service,\n Technology promotion & support and product delivery throughout the covered\n areas – requires significant level or business travel mostly domesticSupport existing customer base as well\n as qualify suitable new partners (OEM, Distributor and SI etc.)Directly report to the country or APAC\n Sales LeaderDirectly measured by revenue target\n achievement and customer satisfactionOperate with a high level of integrity\n and adhere to company valuesUnderstand the growth strategy (STRAP)\n of the country and region, and execute it throughout the covered area

Essential Job Functions

Process driven & outstanding\n organizational skillsA proficient understanding Sales and\n TechnologyBe a leader & key Sales Rep. in\n the covered areaDevelop new business opportunities by\n leveraging internal & external partners, prioritize opportunities, execute\n and convert it into real businessBe an expert with respect to the\n region, including focused market/Industry, product, technology and\n competitive landscapeAbility to brief and provide training\n to the customers in the regionWE VALUEBachelor's degree or above with strong\n technical background in field, such as computer or software, Automation\n Control or HVAC equipment etc.8+ years of experience in Sales,\n Marketing or Technical Support etc. functions8+ years of experience in Building\n Automation, HVAC equipment management, Automation Controls in Commercial\n or Industrial market etc.A proficient understanding of software\n architecture concepts. Ability to explain them in both technical &\n general termsStrong communication skillsSelf-managed, good teamwork, proactive\n and strong executionCustomer driven and service attitude.
