We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Channel Sales Representative to join our Building Automation team in the Philippines. As a Senior Channel Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales growth by developing and managing our channel partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, fostering strong relationships with our channel partners, and achieving revenue targets within your assigned territory.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Channel Partner Development: Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand our market reach. Build and maintain a strong network of partners to promote our products and services effectively.

·         Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive loyalty and encourage increased sales performance.

·         Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and channel partner capabilities.

·         Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals within your designated territory.

·         Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and competitive offerings to effectively articulate the value proposition to channel partners and end customers.

·         Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to sell our products effectively.

·         Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

·         Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to the sales management team.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure effective product launches and marketing campaigns.

·         Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate documentation of all channel-related activities.

MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record of successful channel sales and distributor management experience in the Philippines market.Knowledge of BMS/HVAC Field Devices or other Building technologies related products.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and end customers.Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team.Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed business decisions.Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required.Fluency in English and Filipino languages is essential.
