Responsibilities:
Build the 3D visual quality benchmark in a PBR pipeline to ensure the whole progress and quality deliveryCreate realistic 3D models and textures including assets, creatures and characters in accordance with the artistic direction, production deadlines and technical specificationsIn driving and maintaining the high visual quality of models, inspiring and aligning with the project visionWork with other team (TA, animator, GD, etc.) to create and test placeholder models for early game investigationPartner with other departments (such as concept and VFX, TA, etc.) to improve the art quality, develop art style, adapt new techniques, tools, and optimize workflowDetect potential risks in production and work with partners to come up with mitigation plansMentor and train other 3D artists for both internal and externalDeliver feedback to internal and external teams to maintain art style understanding and quality optimization for the Project在PBR管线中建立3D模型基准,并确保整体进度和交付质量根据艺术方向、制作期限和技术规范,创建逼真的三维模型和纹理,包括资产、生物和角色推动并保持模型的高质量,激发并与项目愿景保持一致与其他团队(TA、动画、GD等)合作,为早期游戏调研创建和测试占位模型与其他部门(原画、特效、TA等)合作,改进美术质量,研发美术风格,适应新技术、新工具,优化工作流程。预估生产中的潜在风险,比与合作伙伴共同制定解决计划指导和培训内部和外部其他3D美术师向内外部提供反馈意见,以保持对项目艺术风格的理解和质量优化QualificationsRequirements & Skills:
5+ years proven experience in AAA game production as a 3D artist (Ok with the outsource experience)Excellent knowledge of real-time modeling techniques (shaders, PBR, normal, displacement etc.)Excellent understanding of human anatomy and creature structure, hard surface modeling, fabric sculptingAbility to create 3D related assets which feel "true nature" through texturingSolid Artistic Skill and be creative (such as shape language, silhouette, color theory)Ability to both work independently and on a teamRelevant software proficiencies: Zbrush, 3ds max, Maya, Substance Painter, PhotoshopStrong portfolio showing 3D art skills and demonstrating a high level of artistic creativityYou have an inquisitive nature and a strong interest in the video games industryBe aware of updated cutting-edge industry art software and technology to bring it into practice based on project needs to improve production quality and efficiency拥有五年以上的3A游戏制作经验(有外包经验的也可以)精通实时建模技术(着色器、PBR、法线、置换等)精通人体解剖学和生物结构、硬表面建模、布料雕刻能够通过贴图制作出 "真实自然 "的3D资产扎实的艺术技能和创造力(如形状语言、轮廓、色彩理论等)具有独立工作和团队合作的能力熟练掌握相关软件: Zbrush、3ds max、Maya、Substance Painter、Photoshop有能展示3D技能和高水平艺术创造力的作品集具有好奇心,对电子游戏行业有浓厚的兴趣了解最新的行业前沿美术软件和技术,并根据项目需要将其付诸实践,以提高制作质量和效率Additional InformationBonus Points:
