What you’ll do:

Appropriately document all research and support activities using formal/informal reports and presentations.Plan and conduct lab experiments to assist in development of new chemical products and chemical treatment performance models.Document and communicate experimental results, summaries, and recommendations.Contribute to the research and development of differentiated technology, products, processes, and systems.Ensure that all research activities are performed with safety as the top priority.Help provide solutions to a variety of problems which require collecting and analysing data from diverse sources to solve problems.Work under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects to determine and develop approaches to meet desired objectives.May lead projects/experiments/research with limited scope and complexity.Reports to project/program leader or more senior technical leader.

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a chemistry or related discipline.Intermediate or expert proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Experience planning and executing measurements and/or experiments with minimal supervision or direction, once trained.Experience maintaining and operating lab equipment.Problem solving and critical thinking skills are essential.Naturally curious and willing to learn and adapt.Self-starter with strong initiative and personal accountability.Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time management skills.
