Then we have an interesting position in Grundfos for you. **What is the job about?** As a Senior CI Engineer, you will apply subject matter expert knowledge with a high degree of technical/business insight. Support development and drive initiatives/activities with and impact across our facility. This position reports directly to our APU manager, INDUSTRY Operations and will operate out of the Fresno, California facility daily. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. The pay range for this position is $97,497 – 134,310 annuals. Actual pay will depend upon skill set, experience, and location. Grundfos salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in Fresno, CA. **Your main responsibilities:** + Drive Kaizen Workshops using standard methodology. + Work with tools of such as 5S, TWI, Kaizen, JIT, VSM, etc., Manage all aspects of project (step change project) from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. Execute value stream improvements. + Support the Grundfos Production System (GPS) implementation roadmap locally as well as implementing CI relevant initiatives. Involve employees and create success stories. Lead the weekly & monthly results and associated improvement Tactical Implementation plant (TIP). + Support the transformation to strong CI behavior across plant. + Ensure the Quality level of training material and actual trainings locally. + Drive initiatives to improve CI and GPS skills and competences within our tools and Methods, Participate actively in sharing and development sessions across region/global. **Your background** **We imagine that you have:** + Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or equivalent work experience (e.g. Engineering). + Academy or training experience preferred. + CI, Lean, or equivalent experience 3-5 years + Communicate in English both verbally and in writing. + System and process understanding. + Can create reports and keep constant communication level to stakeholders (e.g. PowerBi) + Independent and self-driven with high drive and proactive attitude. **What’s in it for you?** Whether it’s developing leadership skills or advancing your expertise even further, we’ll support you with continuous learning and development opportunities, to help discuss and steer your long-term Grundfos career path.
