Role Description:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a genuine passion for re-imagining problems. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming engineering concepts into detailed designs. You will work on projects delivering solutions in urban infrastructure, land and subdivision development.
Key Responsibilities Providing Technical advice for all aspects of civil design including land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure Develop technical and feasibility studies and development of drawings that satisfy technical specifications. Design coordination for selected projects or components of projects, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design. Managing effective stakeholder relationships to support project delivery and business growth Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation and best value design options. Working with and mentoring junior engineers, designers and drafters and guiding them in delivery and their professional development
About You: A wealth of knowledge across civil design engineering including knowledge and experience of major road and land development projects. Advanced proficiency in 12D, AutoCAD and relevant industry standards Demonstrated technical acumen with proven experience of managing and delivering design solutions. Record of accomplishment in effective cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines A collaborative approach and appreciation of the value of teamwork. High attention to detail, good analytical and communication skills.
