Wood is recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our Life Sciences division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Biotech projects across Europe and internationally.
The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

The Role

Our Civil Engineers work in a project team and their scope of work is related to design of industrial pharmaceutical buildings covering layout arrangements for architectural and process purposes, design of concrete and steel structures, pipe racks, pharmaceutical and civil finishing, coordination of internal/external resourcing as well as selection of Contractors and follow up on site of civil and finishing works.

You will have regular interaction with the client to keep them informed of the progress of the project, ensuring that we are on track for delivery of their work scope, and overcome any challenges as they happen.
