We are actively seeking a Senior Civil Resident Project Representative to join our dedicated team of professionals in Lehigh Valley, PA. As the Senior Civil Resident Project Representative, key responsibilities include:

Reviews the project schedule, schedule of shop drawing submittals and schedule of values prepared by the contractor; consults with engineering concerning acceptabilityServes as engineer’s liaison with contractor, working principally through contractor’s superintendent and assists in understanding the intent of the contract documentsConducts on-site construction observation and administration in accordance with the contract documentsInspects developer-installed improvements on land development and subdivision projectsMaintains project diary/log; records contractor hours, weather conditions, data relative to questions of work change directives, change orders or changed conditionsReviews plans for compliance with municipal requirementsPrepares or reviews improvement guarantee cost estimatesReviews improvement guarantee reduction requests Requirements

  

High school diploma/GED10+ years of project experience with construction observation and management relative to:

          o Stormwater

          o Site grading

          o Paving

          o Highway projects

          o Basic survey

          o Grade and cut sheets

          o Quantity data

Experience with construction observation and/or management for utilities, sanitary sewer, and PennDOT projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel requiredNICET certification is a plusHas a valid US driver’s license (required) travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices. Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
