We are currently seeking a full time Senior Claims Consultant, to join our leading workers compensation self-insurance team in Adelaide. You will be the trusted resource that our Members will refer to in guiding them through claims from end to end. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Provide timely services to injured workers and Members.Deliver proactive claims liability review, determination and advisory services that enables the early return to work and mitigation of lost time injuries from start to end of claim.Implement early intervention and engagement strategies.Attend and contribute to SAET matters.Participate / facilitate medical case conferences, as required.Work closely with the Team Leader, Claims Consultants, RTW Consultants and Risk & Safety Advisers.Complete various innovative projects to support the Claims and RTW function, as required.Undertake all duties in line with the Return to Work Act, Regulations and the Performance Standards for Self- Insurers.
