We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Solutions Team. This role will be based in Guangzhou. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Conduct in-depth analyses and provide advice on policy coverage issues to ensure comprehensive understanding and compliance.Conduct on-site investigations and claims meetings for major and complex claims to assess damages and facilitate resolution.Advocate for coverage positions with insurers to secure favorable outcomes for clients.Implement strategies to progress complex claims efficiently and effectively.Prepare claims by compiling supporting documentation and conducting loss modeling to substantiate claims.Advise clients on dispute settlements, including negotiating to reach favorable resolutions.Support the expansion of new business and renewals by providing claims insights and analytics.Utilize claims data and analytics to provide valuable insights to clients, enhancing their understanding of claims trends and outcomes.Manage engagement and communication with carriers and loss adjusters to foster strong relationships and facilitate smooth claims processes.What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in insurance or a related field.Previous experience as an independent adjuster, in insurance company claims, or in insurance broker claims is highly desirable.6+ years of experience in claims management, focusing on Property, Engineering, and Liability insurance.Proficiency in English for daily business correspondence.Strong business communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.Why join our team:
