Responsibilities:


 

Handle, examine and settle accident & health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently Handle claims related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders 

Qualifications:


 

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with insurance qualification holder is preferred At least 4 years of work experience in handling home or travel claims is preferred Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
