Responsibilities

Adjudicate major and minor claims and deliver efficient and quality of workHandle complaint and appeal cases for smooth resolutionIdentify improvement areas and manage various initiatives to enhance customers’ experienceSupport and strengthen claims training to customer-facing associates in handling claims enquiriesAssist to prepare claims management reports and statisticsParticipate various projects to improve operational effectiveness and customers’ experience

What we are looking for

Degree holderOver 2 years relevant claims working experienceHave practical experience in team management / management roleExperience in complaint handling will be an advantageGood interpersonal and communication skillsStrong conflict resolution and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently under tight scheduleProficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese Word ProcessingGood command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
