EVM Module, IT Dashboard, XML Open Gateway
Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, develops, tests and implementing EVM Module integration and IT Dashboard interaction for a CA Clarity application. The candidate must also be able to prepare application system specifications, plans, and coordinate system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance.Skills Requirements:
Developing data diagrams and a process for data configuration management.
Maintaining and improving Clarity system performance.
Have a firm understanding of business process/workflow design and enterprise PPM solution architectures.
Excellent business knowledge and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts.
In-depth knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
Experience installing Clarity software upgrades and necessary CA add-ins and accelerators.
Experience using Clarity's XML Open Gateway (XOG), GEL scripts, NSQL, Clarity work flows, and Clarity Portlets and pages.
Experience Integrating Microsoft Project (MSP) and Open WorkBench with Clarity experience. Troubleshooting various technical issues that arise (i.e., LDAP synchronization, MSP Integration, etc.).
Experience translating requirements into design documents that identify configuration, user interface, and reporting options.
Experience analyzing multiple systems/applications and determining options for integration with Clarity.
Experience with CA technologies Clarity PPM version 12.0 or higher or competitive Project and Portfolio Management products.
Working knowledge of project management concepts.
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 11 years of professional experience; or 9 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Location: Woodlawn section in Baltimore county, Baltimore, MD.
Minimum experience and education: Candidates must have a BS degree with a minimum of 11 years work experience or 132 months of work experience. With a Masters degree 9 years work experience or 108 months of work experience.
