We are looking for a Senior Clean Room Specialist, Media Services to join the Research + Insights team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging the latest marketing technology to achieve business goals. All of the responsibilities will be completed in compliance with Microsoft’s Privacy Policy and in accordance with our Secure Future Initiative. This role requires understanding of ad tech platforms, data clean rooms, and large primary 1P (first party) data sets with the ability to integrate 3P (third party) data. In this role, you will: + Bring your deep understanding of Data Clean Rooms to establish and operate data collaborations with the world’s largest data partners. + Write durable code to connect internal and external marketing systems based on marketing business requirements using SQL, Python, Azure Synapse and similar tools. + Work with business users to design and create new campaign and marketing data assets. These will provide deeper diagnostic understandings of media engagement. + Expand and maintain existing campaign data assets as our fast-paced business goals evolve. + Collaborate with Microsoft’s internal engineering and data teams to ingest useful data signals. + Collaborate with Privacy teams to ensure all policies are followed to protect Microsoft’s data assets. Other: + Embody our culture and values . **Qualifications** **Required/Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis + OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis + OR equivalent experience. + Experience with Advertising Platforms and data clean rooms. + 1+ year of experience building DCR solutions. + 2+ years of experience building scaled data assets. **Additional or Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis + OR Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis + OR 4+ years experience of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python + OR equivalent experience. + Kusto and Cosmos knowledge. + 2+ years experience pulling data to inform business decisions. Data Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
