Overview Support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients How you'll make an impact • Maintain and prioritize a task list on a regular basis as directed • Provide support to local GBS office by completing and adhering to CSO processes and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed and directed • Support the Client Service Cycle with oversight from experienced team members to ensure a seamless renewal process and retain the business • Study and apply Gallagher’s resources, available tools, established work products and knowledge to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in client deliverables • Support resolution of service-related issues in partnership with experienced team members • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships within the branch, with clients and with vendor partners • Maintain proficiency in all GBS Professional Standards, including Peer Review policy • Prepare the RFP, coordinate vendor responses, analyze and spreadsheet proposal results, and support the development of the client presentation • Leverage team members to ensure timely delivery of requests for clients, vendors and internal partners • Develop strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to effectively participate on client calls and correspond via email • Be innovative and don’t be satisfied with the status quo! Generate new and practical ideas, always look to improve • Maintain up-to-date records in Document Management System (DMS) • Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes. • Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way. • Provide guidance and support to CSA 1 and any others who request assistance About You Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. Life & Health License (or obtained within first 90 days of employment) Preferred: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships. Behaviors: Exceptional organizational skills, Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
