This is a permanent full-time position based at our branch in Market Harborough **The role:** + Demonstrate your strong leadership skills to support and engage your team + Deliver excellent communication and show good interpersonal skills + Provide exceptional customer service, building strong caring relationships with our clients + Working alongside and supporting the Senior Leadership Team with effective client care strategies + Resolve issues and concerns effectively with compassionate care to our clients + Manage rotas and administration requirements **Who we are:** Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community. **What we offer:** + Full Time 35-40 hours a week plus 1:3 Saturdays.
